What is the Momentum Series?
The Momentum Series is a complete leadership development program for new and frontline team leaders. It bundles The Leadership Excelerator — 18 video modules covering the fundamentals of leadership — with 12 structured real-world challenges that your leaders complete inside their actual team. Knowledge and practice, combined.
What's the difference between the Leadership Excelerator and the Momentum Series?
The Leadership Excelerator (US$345) gives your leaders the knowledge, models, and mindset they need to lead effectively. It's a strong foundation. The Momentum Series (US$456) takes it further — adding 12 realworld challenges, a Leadership Playbook, and a Manager's Guide that turns that knowledge into deliberate, measurable practice. If you want growth that sticks, the full bundle is the better investment.
What do I actually get out of this as their manager?
You get the Manager's Guide — a tool written specifically for you. For every one of the 12 challenges, it tells you what your leader is working on, what behaviours to look for, and which coaching questions to ask. You stay informed and involved without needing to run the program yourself. And over time, you get a leader who handles their team without escalating everything to you.
How much of my time does this require?
Very little. The program is structured so your team leaders run it themselves. Your role is to support, observe, and use the Manager's Guide coaching prompts in your regular 1:1s. Most managers find it adds 10-15 minutes to their existing check-in rhythm. For your team leaders/participants, the Leadership Excelerator modules total 3.5 hours of video in modular form (18 short modules) to be moved through at their own pace. Each of the 12 Challenges runs inside their normal working week. There are no extra sessions, no days off-site, and no homework.
How do I know if it's working?
The Manager's Guide includes observation cues for every challenge — specific things to look for in your leader's behaviour that tell you whether the learning is taking hold. You'll also see it in the team: fewer escalations, better ownership, more consistent performance.
We've tried training before and nothing really changed.
The Momentum Series is built specifically for this problem. Most leadership training fails because it stays in the room - your leaders take notes, feel inspired, then walk back into the same pressures and habits.
